These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ar99 platform at ar99.club. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account or using any ar99 service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. The ar99 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. ar99 enforces this requirement through KYC verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to an underage user will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the payment method of origin.
2.2 Legal Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the ar99 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets. ar99 makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited must not register or use the ar99 platform.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player may hold only one registered account on the ar99 platform. Opening multiple accounts, including accounts held in the names of family members at the same address for the purpose of circumventing limits or claiming multiple bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances obtained through such conduct.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 KYC Verification. ar99 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents typically include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and verification of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ar99 may result in account restriction.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar99 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ar99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Notification of Compromise. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact ar99 customer support immediately via live chat. ar99 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending a security review.
3.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ar99 will notify you by email prior to classifying an account as dormant and will provide instructions for reactivating it.
4.1 Accepted Methods. ar99 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in PKR. ar99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your ar99 account.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. ar99 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds by providing reasonable notice on the platform.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to JazzCash or Easypaisa wallets are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during normal business hours, subject to KYC verification being complete. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. ar99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for additional verification checks where fraud or irregular activity is suspected.
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Method. ar99 applies an anti-money-laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any remaining balance will be paid by the method of your choice from those accepted.
5.1 Bet Placement. All bets placed through the ar99 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the ar99 platform. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. ar99 does not guarantee that odds will remain available after a bet is placed.
5.2 Errors and Malfunctions. ar99 reserves the right to void bets that were placed as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, technical malfunctions, or pricing errors. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your ar99 account balance.
5.3 PSL and Cricket Markets. PSL and international cricket markets on ar99 are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or the applicable tournament organiser). Rain-affected matches and no-result outcomes will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published for each event.
5.4 Maximum Winnings. ar99 applies per-event maximum payout limits, which vary by sport and market type. These limits are visible on each bet slip prior to confirmation. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout will be reduced to that maximum.
6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game available on the ar99 platform operates under its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing the rules of any game before placing wagers.
6.2 Return to Player (RTP). Slot and casino games on ar99 are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. RTP percentages for slot titles are published by the respective providers. ar99 does not modify RTP values from those set by the game suppliers.
6.3 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's record, which is the authoritative record of game state. ar99 is not liable for disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.
7.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers on ar99 are subject to individual terms and conditions published alongside each offer. 7.3 Misuse of Bonuses. ar99 reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk or void-bet strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, or acting in coordination with other players to exploit promotional terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ar99 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 Commitment. ar99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. ar99 provides a range of player-protection tools accessible directly from the account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the ar99 platform may activate self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six (6) months. During a self-exclusion period, ar99 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account.

All content on the ar99 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, odds data, and game content — is the property of ar99 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any ar99 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
11.1 ar99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar99 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
11.2 ar99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ar99 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
11.3 ar99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their ar99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ar99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account with or without prior notice if: (a) the player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) ar99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; (c) the player provides false registration or KYC information; or (d) regulatory or compliance requirements mandate account closure. Upon termination for breach, any bonus funds in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable investigations are concluded.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations under the jurisdiction of ar99's licensing authority. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ar99's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
ar99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ar99 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to your registered address and by a notice on the ar99 platform. Your continued use of the ar99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the effective date.
